Must be profitable for at least 3 years (preferably $1MM+ / yr net)

Must have on site manager who manages all staff and day to day operations

OUR VISION

We combine decades of experience in healthcare acquisitions, treatment center operations and marketing. Currently our holdings include luxury rehabs in Hawaii and Florida. Our in-house operations team remotely manages our assets alongside the onsite teams at each facility. Additionally our in-house marketing team have decades of SEO expertise and currently drive hundreds of thousands of web traffic to our various center's websites.

We are currently in the process of a few behavioral health acquisitions. We are always seeking more deals. We also have a large network of investors and buyers for deals that do not fit our criteria. We provide advisory services through the due diligence and acquisition process for our outside buyer and investor partners.

We are actively seeking opportunities that fit our criteria. Our streamlined acquisitions process allows for quick closings. Our financial backing comes from a single investor partner and therefore allows for executionary efficiency second to none.

Adam Nesenoff has co-founded and operates Tikvah Lake Recovery, Florida's premiere luxury rehab center, as well as Sun Villas Recovery. He also co-owns and operates Maui Recovery, Hawaii's premiere recovery center. He has created an operations model that creates high profit margins, offers the highest quality of care and the most efficient operation's systems. These combined with his strong marketing capabilities allow for robust growth opportunities.
